It can be hard to fit in photo plans, even though you know the kids are growing up so fast! Mini shoots are ideal for busy families who want to quickly update their family photos while having fun too.
In our 20 minute session we will wander in to the spectacular autumn woods and while we explore I will take a selection of beautiful family portraits and stunning portraits of your children. With a little relaxed posing guidance and beautiful surroundings your family photos will shine!

Where will the session be?
The sessions will be close to Ruislip. I will choose the most vibrant piece of woodland the week before the sessions are scheduled.
What kind of photos do you take?
I will take a selection of photos of the whole family, lightly posed and having fun. We will take a short trail through the woods, and I'll ask you for a family group gathering at the prettiest places. I also take portraits of the children both posed and candid. Out in the woods they will be having fun exploring to let me get relaxed and real photo moment.
This way we can capture the mantlepiece photo ideal for grandma's Christmas present along with images capturing the personality of your kids and the essence of the age they are at now.

What if it rains?
Yes sometimes it rains too too much to enjoy a photo session! If it is just grey and damp, this won't affect your photos and the session will go ahead. If it is really wet on Saturday we will reschedule all sessions to the backup date.
It has never happened yet, but if we totally fail to take your photos due to bad weather on both these dates refunds will be available.
What happens after the session?
Within 2 weeks of your session, I will create an online viewing gallery for you, where you can review your vibrant family photos conveniently at home and decide on your selected images.
You will receive at least 20 images to choose from.
Who can I include in the photo session?
As this is a short session, it is suitable for up to 5 people. Well behaved dogs are welcome too.
If you have a larger group to photograph contact me about a full size session so there is time to include everyone.

Hi, I'm Jenny. I'm a mum of twins, outdoor adventurer and family photographer with 14 years' experience. Children don't need to sit still with me. I build every session around play, movement and genuine family connection, creating photographs that feel joyful because they really were.
