All my clients get preshoot advice and a photo guide, I will answer any questions, and advise you on what to wear and what we'll be doing. I'll select the most vibrant location (with 30 minutes drive of Rusilip) the week before the session.

How the prize draw works
- Giveaway will be open for entries from until 11.59pm on 28th February 2026
- Entry is only via the online form linked to this page
- The photography mini-session prize must take place on the Spring mini session 2026 date of 18th April at the location chosen by the photographer (within 30 minutes drive of Ruislip)
- The winner will be selected using an online random number generator and announced on Jenny Burrows Photography's Instagram and facebook accounts before 12noon on 1st March 2026

What is a mini session?
These special photography session days happen only a few times a year at breathtaking locations I’ve carefully chosen. This year's spring mini sessions will be on Saturday 18th April 2026
Mini sessions are short, sweet, and packed with magic!
I check out each spot in the weeks before to find the most stunning backdrops, the best lighting, and all the hidden gems that will make your photos unforgettable.
Because I'm familiar with the location, I can guide you effortlessly to the best spots, making the most of our time together. But don’t worry—this isn’t a one-size-fits-all experience! I tailor each session to fit your family’s dynamic. Energetic 10-year-olds who love to run and explore? We’ll cover more ground! A toddler who needs a little extra time to warm up? I’ll have a plan that keeps them happy and engaged. That’s why I'll ask for details about your children beforehand—I want to make sure we create magic in a way that works best for your family.
It can be hard to fit in photo plans, even though you know the kids are growing up so fast! Mini sessions are ideal for busy families who want to quickly update their family photos while having fun too.

In just 20 minutes I'll take a selection of photos of the whole family and close up portraits of the children both posed and candid.
Easy ordering
You'll get a viewing gallery of at least 20 photos to choose from at home for 7 days. Pick your included images and decide if you'd like more.
Great value photos
For these mini sessions I have mini packages available, so you can add 5, 10 or all digital images.

When will the 2026 Spring photo mini sessions be?
This year's spring mini sessions will be on Saturday 18th April 2026. 20 minute timeslots are available to book throughout the morning.
What is the price for 2026 photo mini sessions?
The booking fee of £199 reserves your photo session, and includes your choice of your 5 favourite images as digital files.
You have the option to purchase more images from your gallery after the session.
What if I want more photos after the session?
You choose which photos to keep when you have seen your viewing gallery, so you can choose the images you love. All purchased images are beautifully edited and ready for you to print as many times as you like.

Where will the photo mini sessions be?
The sessions will be close to Ruislip, West London - within 30 minutes drive. I will choose the most vibrant piece of woodland depending on seasonal conditions the week before the sessions are scheduled.

Hi, I'm Jenny. I'm a photographer, mum of twins and outdoor adventurer in London. In my relaxed photography sessions I create vibrant lifestyle family photos for lively families who love the outdoors.
I'm based in Ruislip, West London, and I work on location to capture images of your family that are as individual as you are.
